Internationally noted science writer and curator Margaret Wertheim visited the University of Iowa campus February 11, 2016 to deliver the seventh lecture in the Creative Matters series sponsored by the UI Office of the Vice President for Research. Wertheim is the founder and director of the Institute For Figuring (IFF), a Los Angeles-based institution for exploring creative engagements with topics ranging from geometry and topology, to physics, computation, and biological form.
